Terms and conditions
- Incitement offers you the opportunity to get paid for referring donations to selected charities on www.theincitement.com. Incitement may from time to time offer prizes for selected campaigns such as the one described on this page. When you participate in any prized campaign including but not limited to the campaign described on this page, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions as stated on this page in addition to Incitement’s general Partner Program Terms & Conditions (combined, hereafter referred to as the “Terms”).
- The prizes are awarded to the three partners raising the highest donations amounts for the selected charities within the specified campaign duration.
- To qualify for the 1st prize you must refer RM1,500.00 in total donations. To qualify for the 2nd prize you must refer RM1,250.00 in total donations. To qualify for the 3rd prize you must refer RM1,000.00 in total donations.
- Only donations raised for the selected charities are eligible.
- Only donations raised within the specified campaign duration are eligible.
- Only donations made by real persons are eligible. You are not allowed to create fake donor accounts, make multiple donations under one and the same account, send, exchange, or overwrite cookies, or otherwise use prohibited, harmful, or indecent techniques for referring donations.
- You warrant and represent that you will not infringe applicable laws, rights of third parties, rules of decency, nor engage in any activity that may harm the reputation or goodwill of Incitement.
- Incitement maintains a strict fair-play policy. Incitement holds the right to subject any referred donation to identity verification and disqualify donations when the Terms or rules of decency have been violated.
- If you do something that gets us sued, or break any of the promises you make in the Terms, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from all liabilities, claims, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and other legal costs) that arise from or relate to your use or misuse of Incitement. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to this indemnification clause, in which case you agree that you’ll cooperate and help us in asserting any defenses.
